Woo thank god this was preseason. Can't turn it over six times and expect to win. I can't even blame the weather... 70 degrees and sunny.

I wish it WAS a regular season for me...but you can't put much stock in the result. I just REX my gameplans and hope my starters don't get hurt. Having said that rookie FS Connell had a monster game: 5 TKL, 0 Passes caught, 2 Defended, 2 Int (both TDs) and a 10.5 average on 4 punt returns. Hope he can do even half that in a regular season game!

Oh yeah, I know there's not much reality to a preseason result. Just hoping we can avoid those kind of dice rolls when it counts.

One of my major concerns after reviewing the preseason results is that Matthew Hardy is nowhere to be found in the pass rush stats. He took a 20 point drop after PS2, but he is still solid... at least on paper. I am hoping he didn't drop off too much in production because that is a major strength of our defense.
