Hmm when I updated to Win 10 I maintained the local account versus that Windows Live BS -- maybe that's it?

I don't use the steam version b/c when I tried customizing the GUI w/ reshack, the game wouldn't launch.

i have it working on both a windows live signed in cpu and my home cpu which has no live account associated.

i'm not using a steam version.

I can start FOFSeven, but I can't open OOTP 16. I have a similar error message. I haven't been able to find a solution.

My whole computer crashed when I went to WIN 10 so I am staying with 8.1 or what ever it is.

Other than not being able to run OOTP 16 windows 10 as been stable for me so far. Although they send out an update about every 3 days.
