Hey Armic, it's pretty much as Hooper says. Some of your coaches may be in the final year of their deals so those are the only ones that you can extend. After you finish that it takes you to the coach preferences. It's not a great system because it doesn't allow you weight attributes differently for different position coaches so it's basically one size fits all.

Bummer. My long-time left tackle retired after 11 seasons, a couple seasons earlier than I hoped. Undersized coming out of Air Force, he had one of the highest bench press scores. He only made the pro bowl once, but I think he was a big reason why Mahe has enjoyed some success. Not sure if he quite makes the Whales Ring of fame.
