Tough way to lose the bowl game, missing a fairly short field goal. But it was our red zone defense which kept the game close early forcing you to kick a lot FGs. As FootballAUS mentioned, we couldn't run the ball at all. But Samuel Hillery had a solid game to lead the way for Iowa City's first title.
We've had a couple of nice drafts to turn this young team around. But a big assist needs to go to Slimmikey for the draft he had 3 years ago. I haven't seen many drafts land that many stud players (QB Hillery, DPoY LaBounty, WRs Zimmerman and Antonio and CB Mills).IFL Champions: 2031-2032, 2035, 2040, 2044
