OK, sorry I’m not computer savvy and most of what you speak is Greek, so here is where I’m at.
1. Rebooted computer
2. Started FOF7
3. Got thru step 5 looking good. Got message files downloaded to C:\user\name\appdata\roaming\solecismic software\front office football seven\export\imperiaNmperial 28Q
4. Did 7
5. On step 8 selected Tennessee Raftsmen
6. Saw no place to enter password
7. Entered box OPEN MULTI-PLAYER GAME
8. A bar runs about halfway across screen and I get message UNABLE TO LOAD DEPTH CHART DATA FILE. SAVED GAME IS MISSING. IF YOU ARE JOINING A MULTI PLAYER LEAGUE MID-YEAR ENSURE YOUR COMISSIONAR SENDS YOU THE LAEGUE FPX FILE.
9. Hit ok
10. Back to main screen.

I was just in the middle of uploading the latest league files.

so go into C:\Users\xxxxxxxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football Seven\leagues\

and delete the Imperial folder there.

additionally, delete the Imperial folder in exports, imports, HTML, leaguedata, etc




I've done this like 6 times today, so I'm doing well.

follow these steps

open FOF
click the MP icon
enter new career
enter Imperial
click no draft option.



then take the file you just downloaded and put in your appdata folder
C:\Users\xxxxxxxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football Seven\leagues\



click import initial game files from the MP window.
i think it will prompt to re-open the game.

when it does, enter in the team password.


it will also prompt for ftp info

enter that when it does

Server: ftp.imperialfl.us
User: imperialftp
Password: ftp4IFL!

thought they would be in there, but I had to manually add them

Still no go. Seems I recall having this same issue with 2007. The only place I see anything to do with FOF7 is under OS (C: ) Program Files [x86) Solecismic Software and then the titles of both Front Office Football.
I followed your new steps thru this and it said it downloaded ok.

What version of Windows are you running? You should have that folder (where the xxxxxxxxxxxx is your user ID).

that xxxxxxx is supposed to be your username. This is normally a hidden folder too so browsing to it might not be an option IF you've not allowed Winblows to show hidden files.

type that in the run window to open the hidden AppData folder -- sub your userID for 'morpheus'

based on the cross reference chart i posted, you should have selected Tennessee

It's not that hard if you follow the steps. It took me less than 5mins to get set up.

I HAVE followed your steps, and then had to delete and start over, because YOU said too. [think that may be were the problem is at this point] At this point I don’t “see” the NFL teams that “match up” with the IFL teams. The teams I see are the Chicago Bruins, Dallas Lone Stars, and the like. It looks like it worked the first time, but now who knows. I know it was a pain in the ass with FOF 2007. I also know that I never had ANY of these problems with OOTP. So……

I may not be a computer genius as the rest of you, however I do know that spending 5 hours on trying to get a “game “to run is BULLSHIT. I will try it when I get back tomorrow one more time. If it works great, if not then Jim can give me a refund or the Credit Card Company can deal with it. And if that is the case then so be it. I enjoyed playing while it lasted.
