Trade Integrity

Our League Constitution says:

"3d. Trade Fairness:

It will never be my intention to control or enforce how an owner runs his team. However all trades will be scrutinized by the Board of Directors."


So with this said, if anyone has a problem with a trade he feels is unfair, message me first. We have a Board of Directors consisting of seven people who've been with the IFL for a while, and I will confer with them on how to handle things.

This league should be fun, but I also don't want anyone to feel he's not playing on a level playing field.

To add to this, the league constitution states, "Conditional picks are allowed, but GMs will be responsible of reminding the commissioner if any picks need to be moved." So if anyone deals a future 1st, please consider adding a conditional nature (e.g. top 10 protected) to it. I think this can avoid a lot of potential issues.
