1. Go to the Controls -> Participants menu.
2. Run the Enter New Career function. Choose your team using this lookup table:
3) Set to "Begin without Draft" and enter League ID: Imperial (It's case-sensitive)
4. Enter the league's FTP information.
SERVER NAME: ftp.fof-ifl.com
USER NAME: Imperial@fof-ifl.com
PASSWORD: 1mp3r1@l
Leave the port as 21. Leave the bottom box blank.
5. Download the following file and unzip the 2 files into your leagues\Imperial folder: http://www.fof-ifl.com/files/IFLnewGM.zip (You cannot click the link. You have to copy and paste it into your web browser.)
6. Run the Import Game Files function. You will need your team password. PM your commissioner if you don't have it.
7. Run the Restore Career function. This may take a long time.
8. Run the Import Configuration function.
Regarding multi-player options under Controls -> Options, I recommend setting "Save game plan and depth chart progress on export" to Yes and "Auto-create game plan and depth charts" to No. But you're certainly allowed to do as you please.
