New FTP info

So the host sucks and tonight all the FTP IDs disappeared. The biggest problem being that I can't recreate them with the same simple passwords they had. Now there's caps and symbols. The setup instructions are updated. For those of us that are already setup, here's the new info to enter when the FTP fails ...

Server: ftp.fof-ffl.com
User: ifl@fof-ffl.com
Password: IfL1234%

Leave the port as 21, and you don't need to enter a base directory.

Hmmm, would that cause an issue in an unrelated league, like RDFL? I can't upload there.

Yes because RDFL stores their files on our server. I'll get to them soon.
