You get in a habit of doing things a certain way. Then your alarm goes off at work where you can't do it. You choose not to reset the alarm. Then you get a call and don't leave work when you wanted to. Then you are sitting at home 7 hours later and you're like, "Oh yeah. I never ran the sim today." At least we're in the regular season now where we have a couple off days between sims. So a few hours shouldn't throw anything off.
