Gustavo "Gus" Dover - A QB that can lead the right team to a title with excellent timing and accuracy bars. Dover has had a steady ratings progression increase over the past 5 years. He has a conflict, but I do not have an urgency to deal him since he is below the 8 start threshold. His bigger issue is that he probably won't see much action sitting behind Flad for the next 4 to 5 seasons.
