To better match talent to their scheme the Stallions announced the following postion changes:
James Herzog will take over as the Strong Inside Linebacker while former starter Darren Powe will move to his more natural position (OLB).
Surprise 4th round safety Shanahan will back up David Azevedo at free safety and likely earn the starting spot by year's end.
NT Ian Schultz was worked out at LE during minicamp and its a position the front office feels he is better suited to play well at.
