Much to my dismay....I'm forced to take an extended AFK.
Our landlord, who is in the military informed us once he finished his training he would be stationed overseas and would extend our lease to a year. Well he returned from training and wouldn't give a yes or no until a mere 2 WEEKS AGO he told us his brother needed the house so he wouldn't be extending our lease beyond the original 6 months, leaving us 2 weeks for produce the $3000 it takes to move a 3 bedroom house and a place to live.
RATHER FUCKING INCONVENIENT. So we are scrambling to move now and the internet will be disconnected Thursday and I'm guessing it will take 2+ weeks for us to move and then schedule a hook up with the new company.
I have an IPhone that I am pretty sure I can email Matt files, but I will be fairly quiet as leaving posts from my phone is a pain in the ass. I will return, despite my earlier threat to quit the league. NOT HAPPENING. I read my "I quit" post and I thank everyone for their support but one post stuck in my head, from a suprising person:
Well there was supposed to be a quote here but Suicane must have edited it. But he basically said while he's unhappy with the game, and his team, he stays for the league. He stays for the great owners in this league and that was more important then wins or loss's. When I thought about that, I couldn't agree more.
Win or lose, I'm not happy with the game. I think it has serious flaws, but I love the owners in the league and I have more or less moved my focus off winning or losing, and moreso on just getting into the league more and not so stressed about my individual team. So I will be back....
