Watch your piehole Jave. You are in deep enough playing against all the rest of us that have "avoided you for years" as you claim. You have enough problems without bringing in yet another.

The fact is, I didn't respond to you cause I felt bad. I mean, me picking on you is like my 4 door Caviler attempting to race a Ferarri. I mean, it's just not fair, so lets not go there.
Where do pick this year? Ohhh, thats right.

The product of injury issues my friend. The Outlaws are back and looking better than ever.

              Yr Wichita Oakland
              2003 6-10 2-14
              2004 10-6 6-10
              2005 6-10 6-10
              2006 4-12 11-5
              Total 26-38 25-39

Your team is impressive. I know what happened to the Outlaws in 2003 and 2006. Significant injuries to key players. Im sure you have some similar excuses. The bottom line though is that your track record doesnt back up the smack. Wasnt your deal a 3 year plan to a championship. So far you are one year late and counting.

and just for the record --- you're team is getting crushed this year. We will be at your place during Week 2 to deliver what is likely to be your second beating.

LOL. Took you long enough to throw that out there. It will be a great day for the Outlaws when we wreck the unfurling ceremony.

EDIT: Much thanks to Jeff for adding Jave's Crystal Ball to the reference thread.

                      back on topic:

                      Guys,

For those of you that haven't heard yet, I was kicked out of the Imperial Football League. They suspected me of cheating, a claim that I am NOT going to deny. It involved the renegotiating of player contracts. I know that this news is going to come as a shock to most of you but I am going to attempt to explain myself. I started playing MP about 1 1/2 years ago and found it to be a lot of fun. I started off with just the RNFL and then added the Imperial a few months later. Since that time, the number of leagues I've been in has steadily increased (even reaching ten at one point). Needless to say, my personal life with my wife has went to the toilet and we have even been talking about a possible divorce. All this hinges on my spending every waking minute on the computer playing FOF. I mean when I get up in the morning I run to the computer, when I get home from work, I don't even tell the wife hi, I just run to the computer. Well after an argument a few weeks ago, I decided that I couldn't drop any of the leagues that I was in on my own merit. I simply love them all and the GMs that I play against. So I decided to get myself caught cheating, becoming blackballed or blacklisted whichever fits and then I would either be forced out or have to quit every league and give up MP. So I did and I got caught. I NEVER, EVER cheated in the PFL! That is SO important that you guys know. I mean look at Wig over in the WigFL, that guy wins the Super Bowl like every year and no one suspects him of cheating. I could have very easily done the same thing but I never did. The thing that I failed to realize was how this would effect the PFL. My goal was to get caught and then drop or get kicked out of every league except the PFL. Then I could concentrate more time to the wife and a little more time to the PFL. But I failed to realize that this was only going to further hurt my baby, the PFL. I'm not going to disappear like GMac did and I'm not going to try and get you guys to see this as not cheating like Raider1 did. I did what I did and I'm truly sorry. I'm one of the most honest, trustworthy people in this world and this was so out of the norm for me that it isn't even funny. So with great reluctance and sadness, I am stepping down as Commish of the PFL. I hope that someone will step forward (Shard, NickSaban, Play2Win, Kodiak, miketager) and continue the work we started. I would like to stay on as GM of the Cowboys but I will leave that up to the league as a whole to decide. I love my team, I love the league and I truly love playing with and against you guys. The core we have is awesome and I just pissed it all away. Needless to say, when I told the wife on lunch a little while ago, she was estatic. I guess it was all worth it!

Your Friend and Former PFL Commish,
                      Justin Shipman

Hmm...I think I've bowed out of a couple leagues and guilds (OOTP, World of Warcraft, City of Heroes) before just by saying...sorry guys, I need to cut back a bit. Family life comes first. It never occured to me to screw everyone else up before I left. :?

And while I'm on the subject. If you lose your family over a computer game...you might want to rethink your life

With that said...I think I check these boards about 10-20 times a day . My wife and kids support my addiction.

Wow, it's too bad if that story is true and he was too addicted he needed to get caught cheating to quit. I hope he gets his personal life straightened out, especially if his marriage is falling apart over a game. I'm not gonna hold a grudge against him for cheating this league. It's only a game, which is probably something he needs to learn, ironically.

Now give him a break Jeff, I once was horribly addicted to SP Diablo, so I cheated, then caught myself. My punishment, Banned from playing Diablo SP. It worked until Diablo II came out. . .

and BTW, it was not computers that destroyed my marriage. . it was that 4 month "vacation" that I take every year and half. Some women just don't understand. I mean, what does she think I do over here? Drink Beer and play online games?
