Just looked at the rosters of the open teams. In my day, you needed to be a 60 to even see the field! Alan Crespo would run over all of these teams. Get off my lawn!
Los Angeles Matadors AC West Champs: 2037

I would think so. If you consider 0-100, 50 would be average. 60+ is above average. it would difficult in real life to a team filled with "above average" players.
I still think there can be some development. There are a plethora of 30- something players. If i were to make a change, i would like to increase the number of coaches to include position coaches. Position coaches will have an effect on player development and coordinators will focus on tactical and play calling. The developer should have a look at Paradox hearts of Iron III set-up and develop a similar modifying concept. For example, of you have a Head Coach is a QB coach, a Coordinator who is a good QB coach and a position coach that is good, then a young QB can benefit from that. Moreover, a head coach with a high modifier should effect the coaches below him as well. I would love to see coaches have modifiers based on strength of personality. Anyway, I have drifted off topic.....

Want to take over the Lansing Ogres. I have dumped hundreds of hours into FOF 7 and need someone to get me up to speed and help me join this multiplayer league. Thanks!
Hi there, I have played a lot of single player FoF7 and FoF8 but have never done multiplayer. I really been wanting to join a multiplayer league and was hoping to join the IFL. If the Portland Seals are still open, I would love to GM them. Also, if anyone has any resources on how to join the league through the game and what kind of exporting and importing I have to do--I'd appreciate it. Again, I am new to multiplayer leagues so if I make any mistakes I am sorry and thank you for your patience.
